Awakening to the Virtues

Virtues are Qualities of the Human Spirit. They are common across all cultures and throughout all time. Each and every one of us has virtues, yet we are often not aware of them in ourselves or others. In this 6 part series, you will take an amazing journey to:

  • discover your core virtues
  • learn how to strengthen the virtues you desire
  • become aware of the virtues in others
  • learn how to re- frame your perception of yourself and others in honest and affirming ways
  • find ways to honour yourself by setting healthy boundaries and making time and space for you own practice of reverence for life
  • discover how to engage with people on a whole new level (hint: if you want to hone your listening skills, this tool is a must!)
